Surface Inc. was a one-day live public printing event and exhibition hosted by Concordia’s FOFA Gallery, in collaboration with artist Bonnie Baxter’s advanced woodcut class from the Faculty of Fine Arts Print Media program, assisted by

The group show and visual performance was orchestrated by Big Ink, an American-based collective that offers artists the opportunity to produce large-scale woodcuts on a giant mobile printing press. A communal woodcut was made available to anyone who wished to join.
